Accessing Multiple Frequencies of Consciousness

Every emotional state we are in is a frequency of consciousness. Reality is created by consciousness, therefore our whole experience of reality is different in one state of emotional frequency compared with another. What we perceive and what is true in one emotional state of consciousness can be the opposite in another state. Trouble happens when we engage only one state of consciousness while ignoring the other states. Each of our emotional states contain an aspect of the whole truth of our being.

We are multidimensional beings with access to multiple frequencies of consciousness at once. What limits us is when we choose to experience only a particular emotion out of a particular situation while separating ourselves from other emotions. When a situation causes us to feel angry, we either choose only to feel the anger and forget the love that we have behind it, or we choose to think about the love and let the anger dissipate over time without engaging its purpose for being there. Both are mistakes.

We can consider emotions that bring us pain as negative, and emotions that bring us pleasure as positive. But when looking at it from a deeper level, all emotions are not positive or negative, but are simply different frequencies of energy in motion. Every emotion serves a purpose of bringing you understanding and moving you towards action. When you engage certain emotions while ignoring others, the understanding you gain is incomplete and the action you take is not holistic. Full feeling is full understanding.

Emotions that bring you pleasure help you to understand what it is you desire, and emotions that bring you pain help you to understand what it is you do not desire. When you pay attention to all your emotions about a situation, you will learn exactly what it is you want and don’t want. By ignoring the painful emotions, you will cause the undesirable things to reoccur over and over again without realizing why it is so. By ignoring the positive emotions, you will not act in a way that connects you to true desire.

Focusing on positive emotions while ignoring painful ones is the reason why many people stay in harmful relationships. Until they wizen up to the fact that the state of the relationship is not really for their best interest, they would continue suffering from the ignorance of their actions. Focusing on painful emotions while ignoring positive ones is the reason why people cross the line in their actions to stop what is hurting them. They use too much force and fail to keep their heart open for chance of reconciliation.

Never allow your feelings of hate and love to vanquish one another but to experience them both fully. Be authentic with your feelings. When you are feeling anger or hatred towards someone you love, it does not mean the love is not there. You can still connect to that love and realize that it is still there. It exist at a parallel frequency from the frequencies of anger and hate you are experiencing in the moment. Experience mixed feelings without polarizing towards one or another in order to see everything there is.

Hate is an emotion that is meant to be used as an aggressive defense against any form of evil. It is a destructive force against anything that is destructive towards you. Hate and love are neither good nor evil. It is only when an emotion is used out of ignorance that it is considered evil. Ignorant people choose to feel love while forgetting the anger and mistreatment caused by the person they love. The enlightened person choose to leave a person he loves if that person is not right because it’s for the best of all.

Keeping yourself connected to negative emotions doesn’t mean you harbor hatred, resentment or unforgiveness. It simply means that you maintain awareness of all that is good and bad about the other person so that you do not get caught up in the frustration of disillusionment when the person betrays your expectations time and time again. You are connected but not attached to any emotion whether positive or negative, so that when the person changes for better or worse, your perception is free for updating.

When you gain the capability of accessing more than one frequency instead of being stuck in one, your perceptions and feelings are free to flow with the changes of reality. You are able to make a holistic decision from a place of opposing emotions without losing connection with any one. No particular emotion no matter how strong is able to obscure your view of the whole picture. That is when you have clarity and seeing things for what it is in every moment. You use all emotions without being enslaved by any.

Accessing multiple frequencies of consciousness also means that you are able to connect with courage even in moments of anxiety. You are able to feel the fear and do it anyway. Courage does not cease to exist when there is anxiety. Transcendence means to see through the illusion. The illusion being that anxiety has us trapped. When we experience that empowerment and deep capability can exist simultaneously with anxiety then we break the illusion. The fence is there but no longer blocks us anyway.

Transcend the illusion of single dimensional reality by not allowing negative situations to affect your relationship with God. Connect with the divine frequency that governs all other frequencies by knowing that God loves you and that he is making everything happen for your highest good. Be able to love God in the midst of problems because he alone is good. The more limitations you overcome or transcend, the more successful and powerful you will be.
