Deliberate Creation is Confidence and Harmony

Fear is a lack of power to control our minds, or to control the kind of thought we think or put out. Therefore the first step to power is to be in control of our thoughts and our mind. Master your mind and you master all. Lack of mental control is when we fear to give up control. It is when the mind becomes attached instead of being able to go with the flow. When you’re walking and you accidentally drop what you are carrying, your mind is attached to the act of walking while you bend down to retrieve your stuff.

You are trying to continue walking and picking up your stuff at the same moment. You make the movements of your body momentarily disagreeable and irksome, because you refuse to put into the current act the mental force which it demands. When you unconsciously refuse to do this, any acts will become irksome and disagreeable since there is not enough force allowed to do the act with ease. The outward nature of your actions is but a reflection of the inner development of your consciousness and power.

Do not worry about what is to come in the next moment or what has happened in the past moment. Focus on the present and your acts will flow with non-resisted ease. When you do anything with your mind placed on something else, you are making the present act irksome and disagreeable. You are being in vibrational disharmony with flow. You’re making the feared thing a certainty. The longer you continue to do so, the more force you add to it and the more likely it is to be realized in the physical world.

You can develop the capacity for directing your mental force through the cultivation of deliberation. Let go the fear of losing something. Have nothing to lose and just go with the flow. You will find your actions happen with a lot more ease and lack of resistance because your mind is freer. Move fully without holding back. When you move without commitment, your actions are without force. There is a difference between holding back and acting with restrain. One is without deliberation and the other is with it.

If we do not learn to govern our force properly in the doing of our smallest acts, we shall not be able to govern our force easily in the doing of all our acts. When you move harmoniously, you are moving the natural way. Moving disharmoniously is moving the unnatural way. Let your every act be in harmony with every other act. Stop being in conflict within yourself and choose to move in one direction while letting go of all others. Be free because you can always turn around. Nonattachment allows ease of pivot.

In trivial acts such as picking up a coin or opening a door, you do not need to place all of your force or thought on the act, but only enough to perform the act well while the rest is kept in reserve. The more your unconscious mind can do an action naturally, the less conscious effort you need to put in. Otherwise you must apply as much of your conscious force as necessary to make it a deliberate and harmonious act. In doing so you would be able to develop it into your subconscious as quickly as possible.

Courage is simply the capacity for mental control or presence of mind. It is about being able to gather your mental forces or pull yourself together. The more reposeful you become in your thoughts, the more strength you are able to summon up and move with power. Courage is being able to do what needs to be done. The most courageous people do not think of themselves as courageous. They simply think they are doing what needs to be done. Others who’re overwhelmed by fear find such acts courageous.

Timidity is often the result of looking at too many difficulties or dangers at once. It is analysis paralysis where one cannot have a clear direction and therefore doesn’t make any move. If you go to an interview and fearing that the person will be harsh, unreasonable and overbearing, you will have in on your mind and settle yourself down in the very middle of it, and seeing it in your mind as unnecessarily trying or disagreeable. Man creates his own harmony and disharmony. Nothing is external, all is internal.

Realize that when you fear something, it is because your mind is trying to deal with too many things at the same time in regards to the thing you fear. In any transaction, there is one step to be taken at a time. When you train your mind to concentrate on the one step, you increase your capacity for sending all your force in a given direction at once. That is when you become single minded. Let go of all thoughts and just have your mind present on the act itself. This is the natural way that your mind functions.

One, who has a simple mind, has a happy life, because the simple mind is a free mind. Have no unnecessary thoughts and no worries. This is the secret of fearlessness. It is innocence. The way is daily decrease, not increase. Hack away the inessentials. Less and less do you need to think about, and when there is no unnatural thought, your mind is truly free to think and not to think. This results in peace of mind and freedom to live fully. It allows you to channel your full creative energy for productive work.

No quality of mind is more necessary for success than courage or deliberation. Fear is what causes us to give up before we even begin. Fear is also what prevents us from making a move that could bring us further progress. We may always have something to fear, but we can allow our fear to reign or we can choose to reign. As a deliberate creator, you choose to deliberately think and act a certain thought even though circumstances may seem otherwise. Being deliberate generates confidence and harmony.[/hidepost]
