Increase Positive Energy for Easier Manifesting

The amount of energy you focus on your chosen goals makes a difference in how quickly and easily you achieve them. It is easier to achieve a goal when your energy is strong and focused. Feeling happy, excited, joyful, proud and enthusiastic sets up a positive energy field, which brings you more of the same feelings. Positive feelings increase your stamina, and result in a feeling of wellbeing. To make your manifesting as easy as possible, you’d want to increase the amount of positive energy you have.
You can increase positive energy by avoiding negative energy. Just as it is harder to push a car when you have only one or two people pushing it, it is harder to achieve a goal when your energy is weak and scattered. Feeling fearful, angry, resentful, sad, or depressed sets up a negative energy field which brings you more of the same feelings. Negativity depletes your energy level leaving you with very little to go on. It’s just like leaving your car lights on overnight cause your car battery to drain to empty.
Therefore, it is important to do whatever you can to decrease the number of negative experiences in your life. Ask yourself does anyone put you down? Does anyone cut off your joy by changing the subject when you’re excited about something? Do any of your friends or business associates not follow through on agreements with you? Are you angry with anyone? For each question ask yourself if so, who and about what? Eliminating these negative factors increase your stamina and physical energy for work.

You should also identify the sources of positive energy in your life and seek to increase them. Ask yourself who recognizes your accomplishments, and enthuses with you? Who supports you in thinking big? Who gives you what you ask for easily and joyfully? Which friends energize you? Once you have identified the people and sources that energize you positively and negatively, you can decrease the negative factors and increase the positive ones. This raises the amount of energy available for achieving.
It is possible to use your energy field to repel things that you don’t want to experience. Since your energy field has to push away anything different from what is in your subconscious, you simply empty your subconscious of things you don’t want in your life. At times things happen to you that seem like accidents, mistakes, or the result of circumstances. This may not always be the case. These experiences may actually be the result of unconsciously created goals that have been programmed within you.
If you want to have a positive energy field, you must avoid negative programming. Pictures, thoughts and feelings that are repeated over and over get accepted by your subconscious as goals to be achieved. Your subconscious can be programmed negatively without you being consciously aware of it. The truth is negative programming is everywhere. You’ve to become aware of the ways unconscious programming occurs during your everyday activities. The more conscious you are the more power you have.
Negative programming is in the media. As you listen to popular music everyday, the lyrics as well as your feelings about them will be programmed into your subconscious. If you continually listen to songs that tell of a wonderful love that went sour with the couple finally breaking up, do not be surprised if your own relationship breaks up. If you repeatedly hear about a person who hates his or her job, do not be surprised if this happens to you in your job. Beware of the songs you’re listening to and choose wisely.
If you watch a television program that is on daily and the characters in the program are always unhappy with each other or dealing with some kind of crisis, you may begin having those same experiences in your life. Maybe the characters you watch on a regular basis make you laugh and you enjoy it. However if the character acts funny by playing the buffoon or by always messing up, then you may be programming yourself to play the buffoon, or mess up and even to accept this behavior as funny and alright.
Correcting the things you mess up is no fun. It wastes much time and energy that could be used to create new things you want in your life. Starting the day off by listening to the news may generate feelings of hopelessness, sadness or fear as you listen to murders, kidnappings, accidents and other bad things. Watch and listen to programs that deal with happiness, success and accomplishment. See for yourself if there is a difference in the way you think and feel, as well as the results you start achieving.
Beware of negative programming in your interactions with other people. Do the people around you talk of success, fund and happiness? Or do they talk on illness, having too little love and not enough money? These feelings affect you and you either find yourself feeling the same as they do or exert considerable energy to keep yourself from taking on their feelings. If you have things going on in life that are not what you want, it is crucial that you do not keep telling your friends and yourself how things are now.
If something happened in the past that you didn’t like, don’t keep talking and thinking about it. When you do this, you are guaranteeing more of the same by programming the past into your present. If you say something often enough for it to be firm in your mind, you have created an affirmation. It is better to stay silent and not talk about the way things are if they are bad, but talk about the way you want things to be. It’s tremendously helpful to have friends who are sources of positive programming and energy.[/hidepost]
