When you know how to be diligent or productive, you will be able to create wealth and success. That is why understanding the secret of productivity will give you an immense advantage in life. To be a top achiever, you must be a top performer. Massive success requires massive action. It is your state of mind that governs how efficient and how fast you work.

The secret of productivity is focusing of thoughts. Many people focus on other things instead of the task they should be doing. This causes them to be in a state of mind to do the other things they are thinking of and not the task they are not thinking of. This is one of the biggest reasons for procrastination and continual postponing of required work. When you are thinking of something else, you would be more in the mood for that activity. You would be less in the mood for work and that’s why you keep avoiding.

What most people lack is not capability but motivation. The more motivated you are, the more you would be driven to achieve. Successful people are motivated people. It’s easy to be motivated when you take conscious control of your mind. Don’t let your mind wander away from what you intend to accomplish. Scattering your powers by idle thinking gets you nowhere. Powerful people rule themselves and their reality by holding all their thought power together. Motivation channels energy towards result getting.
