Become Silent to Release Manifesting Resistance

Many people feel something that’s quite different from desire when they use the word desire. Desire often feels like yearning for them. Because while they are focused on something they want to experience or have, they are equally aware of its absence. So while they are using the word desire, they are offering a vibration of lack. They come to think that the feeling of desire is like wanting something that they do not have. But there’s no feeling of lack in pure desire. The feeling of pure desire is always delicious.

Many people desires things that they do not have fully yet, and may have desired them for a long period of time. So they think about the thing they desire, and then they think about not having it. In time, they come to believe that the way they feel as they think about what they want and not having it but cannot figure out how to get it is the way desire feels. This isn’t the state of pure desire but the state of resisted desire. Their vibration is often more about the absence or lack of the thing than the desire itself.

They are unconsciously holding themselves vibrationally apart from their own desires, so in time they come to believe that this sluggish, unfulfilled feeling of not getting what they want is really what desire feels like. This is the reason why some people suggest that if you would release your desire, you would feel better. Because the negative emotion that you are feeling is the vibrational difference between your current vibration and the vibration of your desire. They think ending desire is end of suffering.

But releasing desire is the hard way to go about bringing yourself into alignment, because when you drop one desire, you will give birth to yet another new desire. Desire is the creative urge for Spirit to express itself. A much easier way to feel better is to work on releasing your resistance. It is not desire, but the attachment to desire that you should bring an end to. To be attached is to hold your mind on what should or shouldn’t be rather than accepting what is. Accept what is and you are releasing resistance.

Appreciation is the means by which you focus on what is desirable without resistance. Every time you appreciate something, every time you praise something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the Universe “More of this please.” You need never make another verbal statement of this intent, and if your dominant state is one of appreciation, all good things will flow to you. When you feel good even when something is bad, you are offering it no resistance and hence attracting its opposite.

It is easier for you to clear your mind and have no thought than it is to think pure, positive thought. When your mind is quiet, you offer no thought and hence no resistance. In that state of no resistant thought, the vibration of your Being is high and fast and pure. When you are not focused on things you do not want, you will offer no vibration of resistance. Hence you will experience your natural state of thriving and Well Being. Wealth, love and health is your natural state. When you are quiet, you’re simply being.

Meditation is a good way to raise vibration. Meditation is a withdrawal of consciousness but not to the point of being asleep. You simply withdraw consciousness from the external world of limitation and focus on the inner world of pure, undefined, infinite, boundless and blissful reality. When you turn your attention away from what holds your vibration in a lower place, your vibration will naturally rise. The state of pure spirit is completely free and perfect. This higher state of vibration attracts all of the good things.

Meditation increases your sensitivity towards this higher state of vibration. You will become more sensitive towards when you are offering resistance towards this state of vibration. In that moment, you can change your thoughts to those that offer a higher vibrational quality. In the state of no thought, your mind is in the natural state of peace. When you know what the vibration of peace is like, you will know when you are not in the state of peace. This increased sensitivity enables you to realign yourself quickly.

During meditation, your intention would be nothing more than simply being. You are not wondering how someone is doing, not thinking about yesterday, not worrying about tomorrow, not focusing on anything in this moment. This is a state of allowing where, for just a few moments, you let things be. You stop trying to make anything happen. You are allowing the Source Energy that is natural to flow purely through you. You will feel better in the moment, and you will feel more energized when you come out of it.

It is not a problem if you cannot completely quiet your mind. You can be softly thinking about pleasant things during meditation which is still good. Your goal is to release any thought that causes resistance so that you are then in a place of pure, positive thought. Let go of all feelings of tightness in your solar plexus and stomach area when you think of what you do not desire, as well as what you do desire. That way, you are allowing both what you want and what you do not want. You fear and resist nothing.

A big benefit that you will notice right away is that things you have been wanting will begin showing up. You might wonder why this is so since you didn’t sit and intend. You didn’t sit and set goals. You didn’t sit and clarify what you want. You didn’t tell the Universe what you wanted. This is because you’ve already been asking, and now, during your time of meditation, you have stopped the resistance that has been holding it away. It is because you’re now allowing your desires to flow into your experience.[/hidepost]
