You only have to turn to the realities of existence, that you are already perfect, not that you are going to be, that you are already prosperous, not that you are going to be, for the time element has nothing to do with God’s plan, to see it manifest itself. When you turn to the realities of existence, you are bringing your mind to alignment with Truth. Remember that God transcends time, and to see from God’s point of view is to see from the end point. The work is already done; all you need is to experience truth.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusts in thee. When you keep your Mind stayed upon God, you are praying without ceasing. You are moving with the Power which restores you to the harmony of Divine Mind and to the consequent adjustment of all your affairs. Knowing the Truth is not only maintaining your awareness of God but also realize that it is His good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Your understanding of the heart of God allows you to receive.

There is a Way in which your prayers can be answered. To follow that Way is to get results. You can have the answers to your prayer only as you fulfill the conditions of its manifestation, and that is to develop a Consciousness of Truth. As you refuse to entertain negative thought, you call forth the higher use of the Law for the fulfillment of your desires. As your Mind becomes more and more positive to the Truth, material conditions will improve. To obey the New Law is the rule for all successful achievement.

The reason why we cannot stand poverty, sickness and failure is because those things are not in alignment with truth. If those things were not inherently evil, then we would not feel a natural feeling of repulsiveness towards them. We are of God, and whatsoever is not of God does not resonate with us. We are not to feel fine with those things that we do not desire, for God cannot desire anything that isn’t reflecting his true Mind. We have a sense of righteousness to bring out those things which are right.

We desire everything good because those things express our divine nature. The purpose of all attainment in the physical world is to manifest who we really are. All having is for the expression of being. Just knowing who we really are is not enough. Our purpose in the physical universe is to manifest the spiritual. There is no meaning for our physical existence except for manifesting physical things and events that reflect our spiritual reality. We created this realm specially for the purpose of manifesting divinity.

Overcome evil with good. The best way to get rid of the devil in your life is to supplant it with Good. The best way to destroy the consciousness of poverty is to cultivate the Consciousness of Plenty. The best way to destroy the consciousness of sickness is to cultivate the Consciousness of Health. The wise gardener works to make his crop so abundant that it will stifle or crow out the weeds. If you spent all your time trying to get rid of the negatives in life and nothing else, you would have neither evil nor good.

When you introduce the positive idea and hold on to it, the negative goes back to its state of native nothingness. Evil does not exist in and of itself. It comes into being because the Truth has been shut off. Darkness is the absence of light and disease is the absence of harmony. There are no problems in the beginning. A problem only arises into experience as an illusion. Returning consciousness back to the truth dispels the illusion. Trouble comes when there is no quiet. Silence your heart to stillness.

There is only one power and there is only one truth. The other is a lie. Hold your consciousness on the one truth and the one power. Conflict is an illusion because the One Mind cannot be in conflict with itself. Ultimately the One Mind will prevail in its highest order and all other orders of untruth will be overcome. There are no separate powers. God and you are one. God will prevail over all. Believe in the one truth. All that go against the one truth is a lie and will be gone.

Go and tell no man. Too many of us are so elated over the good that has come to us that we must tell everybody who will listen to us. We have such a desire to impress others with the magnitude of the accomplishment, that we relate all the minute details of the former problem. We set the Law in motion and reinfect ourselves with the very same problem. Let us forget those things which are behind, and reach forth unto those things which are before. Don’t bother about trying to impress others but glorify God.

All the power of God is at your command and you can use it to make your world what it ought to be. The key here is to make it what it ought to be. Too often many of us use the power of God to make our world what it ought not to be. Fear is faith in the wrong things. Whatsoever is not of Faith is sin. The Faith here refers to the God kind of faith. God has faith only in good. Choose to have faith in what God has faith in, and you will live righteously. The just shall live by faith. Align your faith with the faith of God.

God can respond to you only on the level of your mental equivalent. When your faith is tested, it is not tested by God but by the devil. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. The devil came to steal, kill and destroy, but Christ came to give you life and life more abundantly. God has already given what you desire and he withholds nothing from His children. The way to overcome the devil or the forces of evil in Consciousness, is to have faith that He in you is Greater than he in the world.[/hidepost]
