If you want to hug someone in the physical world, and they are on the other side of the door, you must open it. In the inner world you or the other person can walk through the door without effort, because desire is action. Desire Is Action. In the inner world, your desires bring about their own fulfillment, effortlessly. The inner and outer worlds intersect and interweave. They only appear separate. In the physical world, time may have to pass and conditions may have to change. But desire will bring proper results.

You do not have to rely upon what you think of as your own private resources alone. Value fulfillment is one of the most important characteristics of existence, so that all things act individually and together in ways that best provide for the overall fulfillment of the entire construct. You were born because you desired to be born. A plant comes to life for the same reason. You live in a different frame of reference than the plant though. You have more choices available. The desire in every being is God’s desire in it.

Your intellect is meant to help you make choices. It allows you to perceive certain probabilities within a physical time context. You use the intellect properly to perceive physical conditions as clearly as possible, so that you can make the most beneficial decisions as to what goals you want to achieve. These goals are conceptualized desires that act as magnets, drawing all kinds of conditions best suited for their fulfillment. The intellect sets a goal and arouses all other forces to work together to attain.

When the intellect is improperly used, it feels as if it needs to know or personally direct all the forces. On the other hand some people focus on money, quit their jobs and ignored impulses to find other work, or to take any rational approaches, and rely upon the magical approach alone. This does not work either, of course. As you use the magical approach, you will see that it blends in perfectly with the rest of existence. It inspires the intellect and inspires physical motion, for it activates physical properties.

Prayer is the soul’s sincere desire, unuttered or unexpressed, the motion of a hidden fire that trembles in the breast. This is what true prayer is, even without words. What you feel deep down within, you are sending out powerful forces into the universe to draw those things you desire towards you. If the thing you desire does not exist, your desire will draw together the very things that will form into the thing that you wish to experience. In the realm of pure potentiality anything can be drawn together and made.

Deep down in the subjective world of the Soul are the emotions, or feeling faculties. These feeling faculties are really the steam under the boiler. They generate the power. They form the great driving force of action. They are more powerful than the intellect. You cannot have good results from your prayers or treatments without feeling. Your emotions must be involved. You draw into your experience what you subconsciously desire more than what you consciously think you should have. The best is a balance.

The heart refers to the great, unseen spiritual forces of the soul. It is the subconscious mind. The key word here is great. The forces of your soul are great. They are even stronger than your intellect. They come from your higher mind. You are meant to use your intellect to harmonize with the forces of your heart, and then see how you can best fulfill them. Those who use their intellect to go against the forces of their heart are fighting a futile fight. Those who are smart seek to satisfy their desires intelligently.

The person who prays without feeling is not really praying at all. He is simply mouthing or parroting words. That is why simply repeating an affirmation over an over again does not bring out its power. Affirmations must be done with feeling. Prayer is not some magic words spoken to create results. The power is not in the words alone, but it is the feeling combined with the words. Silent prayer without words but with pure feeling has power to make things happen. Words are the form, but the feeling is essence.

Why is the feel important in our search? Because feeling and appearing are two ends of the same thing. Without feeling, there is no warmth, no power, no movement and no birth. Without feeling, the Word cannot become flesh. Never stop dreaming about the things you want and feeling for them. Others may have stopped dreaming about the things they want, which is why they stopped experiencing magic. Your act of taking time to dream and to feel arranges things in the universe for your desire to appear.

You have to feel everything you do. Feel your way to success and prosperity. Feeling is the soul’s frequency of action and perception. It is not just thought but feeling that causes psychokinesis or mind over matter effect. When you move something physically, you feel the act of moving it. To move something in the mental plane requires the act of feeling as well. The feeling is the movement. The desire when felt is the action. It acts to bring about its own fulfillment. Your feeling is your observation and creation.

The integrating force, the power that connects the concept with the Subconscious Mind is feeling. Feeling is the only way by which ideas can be conveyed to the Subconscious Mind. This explains why even though you may consciously be thinking and focusing on something, you still don’t experience the expected effect from doing so. What matters is the state that you are in. The way to act as if your desire has already manifested, is to be in a state of rest. The act of resting itself is the right action.[/hidepost]
